Blue Tide was born from strong relationships…
David McNair
David is a best-selling author, former executive, entrepreneur and strategic partner. With over 30 years of experience, David founded The McNair Group, LLC, which provided advisory services - guiding leaders and organizations to clarity and disciplined execution - before co-founding Blue Tide.
Co-Founder & Managing Strategic Advisorrelationships that grew and intertwined over many years.
The common thread was David McNair of The McNair Group. Rick and Melanie each encountered David through their respective organizations as clients, and through that work, trust and respect took root.
As Melanie and Rick later transitioned from corporate roles into consulting and coaching, both began partnering with David on meaningful projects. Over time, that shared work revealed something more — their combined strengths created clarity, alignment, and momentum greater than any one of them could achieve alone.
Guided by faith and a belief that they were being led toward something more, the three united their work and Blue Tide Strategic Partners was born
Melanie Stith
Melanie is an attorney, former chief healthcare HR /operations executive, board director, strategic partner, and executive coach. With 25 years of experience, Melanie founded Culture Wins, LLC and partnered closely with The McNair Group before co-founding Blue Tide.
