Relationships Matter
Blue Tide was born from relationships. Melanie and Rick first met David as clients, and over time, the work created trust, friendship, and a shared belief in what was possible together. As they partnered on significant projects, it became clear they were being led toward something more.
Faith has been the anchor throughout. It guided David in launching The McNair Group — and later led all three to join together in building Blue Tide.
