Monica Brown brings more than 30 years of experience at the intersection of human resources, business systems, and information technology. She is known for helping organizations translate strategy into scalable systems, processes, and data that enable performance—particularly during periods of growth, transformation, or integration.

Throughout her career, Monica has worked across multiple industries, including utilities, manufacturing, software, and healthcare. She brings deep expertise in HR systems and operations, balancing strategic insight with hands-on execution to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Monica has successfully led and supported a wide range of complex initiatives, including ERP and HRIS implementations, electronic medical record upgrades, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise-wide system integrations. She is particularly passionate about leveraging technology and analytics to simplify processes, improve decision-making, and enhance the employee experience.

With a strong consultative mindset, Monica excels at diagnosing process, data, and system challenges and guiding organizations toward practical, sustainable solutions. Her experience includes managing HR technology roadmaps; leading requirements gathering and vendor selection; overseeing implementations; and managing vendor performance across large, complex environments.

In addition to her systems expertise, Monica brings a strong background in core human resources functions, including compensation, benefits, total rewards, HR operations, performance management, and workforce analytics. She has worked extensively with platforms such as Workday HCM, Infor Talent Management, UKG Dimensions, Ceridian Dayforce, and HealthcareSource, among others.

Monica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science from Charleston Southern University and an MBA from The Citadel. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and she holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
